Amanda Berry Freed by Charles Ramsey: We Are Freed by His Words

See why his words echo around the world.

You have probably seen it: that classic interview of Charles Ramsey amid the crowd on Seymour Avenue.

He says things like: “I heard screaming. I’m eating my McDonald’s. I come outside. I see this girl going nuts, trying to get out of the house. So I go on the porch and she says, “Help me get out, I’ve been in here a long time. I’ve been here a year.” You see where I’m coming from? I’ve had a barbeque with this dude! We eat ribs and what not – and listen to Salsa music! You see where I’m coming from? … Brother, I knew something was wrong when a little pretty white girl ran into a black man’s arms. Something is wrong here. Dead giveaway.”

We were enthralled. What was it about Charles Ramsey that grabbed us?

So, we asked DeepWord. We put Charles’s words through its analysis. We found something rather special. First, he was entirely focused on information. DeepWord’s response of noting and informing tells us that. And, he was pretty certain about what he was telling us. That’s what DeepWord’s partly closed reaction tells us.

Charles’s mood? DeepWord says he is attentive, distant, and determined.  We think, people picked up on that and knew what Charles was saying was true. There’s an intuitive reaction here. There is no sleight of hand. Charles is telling it as he saw it.

So, what about DeepWord’s deep assessment of his motives? It comes up perfectly.

DeepWord says he is driven by a sense of being serious, influential, and deliberate. Put simply, this guy is worth listening to. He has the ring of truth about him.

Interesting, that the media and social networks flared with this interview. It was real. It was worth talking about.
